Agency Compliance Qualifications

Dr. Bianco is qualified to conduct both administrative and program surveys for Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) and is currently a surveyor. She is certified in Healthcare Compliance through the Healthcare Compliance Association. She certified as a Diplomate through the American Psychotherapy Association. She is proudly licensed and approved to provide clinical supervision in the District of Columbia, Maryland and Virginia.

Clinical Qualifications

In clinical practice, Dr. Bianco uses an eclectic orientation with a Person-Centered approach and specializes in Grief and Loss with a certification from the American Academy of Grief Counseling, fertility issues, anxiety, depression, developmental stage transitions, and provides expert witness services in Child/Elder Abuse and Neglect cases.

Dr. Bianco is a certified telebehavioral health professional through the Telebehavioral Health Institute.

Academic Qualifications

In academia, Dr. Bianco is an adjunct faculty member for Masters and Doctorate programs with a specialty in professional ethics and standards of practice. Further, she was appointed and served four terms on the advisory board for an accredited university..

She currently holds licenses in the District of Columbia and the State of Maryland.
